What can I use my 30-10-10 fertilizer on? Read more......?

I came across a bunch (a bunch) of 30-10-10 acid-loving fertilizer and want to use it. I figure I could dilute if necessary but would like advice on specifics like when to use it and how much. My main crop consists of sweet corn, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and white potatoes. I heard these crops do like acidic soil. Any direction would be helpful. The fertilizer is in granular form. ACE is the brand. Thanks.
