Can baking soda can cure cancer?

I know that cancer as well as diabetes, alzhiemers, etc. can be prevented by a daily regimend of ! Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar ( ACV ) in a glass of water a day. I drink it chilled & it also cures gout which I had in foot. The best thing is that ACV small bottle is under $1.00 at any grocery store. You can pay more for better quality ACV also sold at Natural Food Stores. Not sure on the baking soda for cancer, but I was told to put it through my hair to remove a hair-color. It did not work as it only made me fine hair stringy & dry for days. I do know I wash hair every other day & once per week do a white vinegar rinse which adds alot of shine. Do this on day off work as vinegar takes little while for scent to leave hair. I just read today that a cure & prevention for many cancers is Wheat Grass.
