Has anyone ever heard of a parasite getting into a pre-packaged food (like a kool aid packet) and when opened?

, what?like a year or so after being packaged,shrevled up and acidic. Opening that product and having the parasite latch on to a finger then when the person tries to get it off by shaking there hand the parasite latching on to there foot and instantly burn the flesh like hot grease?
